My name is Kim, and I have over 20 years of experience in the mental and behavioral health field. My primary area of specialization is trauma, with a strong focus on utilizing the evidence-based approach of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in the treatment of trauma. I hold certifications in trauma and consider the neurophysiology of trauma to be one of my areas of expertise.
In addition to trauma-focused work, I provide clinical supervision for licensed associate counselors in Arizona, offering guidance, professional development, and support in clinical practice. I also offer ADHD and brain health coaching, helping individuals better understand how the brain functions while developing practical strategies to improve focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
My therapeutic style is person-centered, empowering, and solution-focused. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel both encouraged and appropriately challenged in their growth. If you are navigating trauma-related concerns or other mental health challenges and are seeking effective, evidence-based support, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey. Together, we can work toward meaningful progress, increased resilience, and lasting change. I currently work with adults 18 +.
